GURU JI

My Inspiration

Om Namah Shivay Shivji Sada Sahay,

Guru Ji was born into a humble farmer family on 7th July, 1954 in a village called Dugri, in the Malerkotla District of the Punjab. His birth saw the arrival of numerous snakes around His home and deep rumbles of thunder and lightning seemed to announce a Divine birth. He took the childhood name Nirmaljeet, which He carried for many years. He was a precocious child and stood apart in many ways. He was a double Masters in Arts and had linguistic skills which He would display exceedingly well.

Through nightly meditation and long sojourns to destinations announced, He readied Himself for His role as a Messiah on earth. Even as Divine powers began to manifest within His being, He retained His child like demeanour and was simplicity personified. He began healing His followers first at Jallandhar, and later at Panchkula/Chandigarh and finally Delhi, where the Bade Mandir became His permanent base. It was when He started blessing those who sought Him that His followers started calling Him Guru Ji.

He shunned publicity, embraced all even non-believers, was the fountainhead of kindness and cured individuals by taking their negative karma upon Himself. Blessings were given through the tea and langar Prasad that was served in the Bade Mandir.

The Bade Mandir at Bhati Mines near Chattarpur carries the combined powers of twelve Jyoti Lings as told by Guru Ji, and even those who just pass by it will receive blessings.

His following increased exponentially after He took Maha Samadhi on 31st May 2007, just as He had predicted. It now runs into millions of sangat and has its footprint worldwide. Guru Ji was the earthly manifestation of Lord Shiva. Jai Guru Ji.
